In this module we learn about the importance of Sales and Marketing working in alignment to produce the best possible outcomes for your business. We will identify the differences between the two, and importantly, why they need to be treated independently.
We will outline how to manage expectations from each side, or each team so that working together is seamless, producing great results and ways in which you can actively partner the two disciplines to work harmoniously together.
