At Just Williams, we partnered with Newfold Digital to deliver a transformative consultancy project designed to unify and empower their growing team. Our mission was twofold: to develop a bespoke Playbook encapsulating Newfold’s core values, mission, structure, and best practices, and to ensure its seamless implementation through tailored training for new starters.

By working collaboratively with Newfold, we aimed to:

·       Craft a Playbook that serves as a clear and inspiring guide, embedding the company’s vision, processes, and strategies.

·       Equip new team members with the knowledge and skills to hit the ground running, fostering alignment and consistency across the organisation.

Through this project, we not only set the stage for operational excellence but also reinforced Newfold Digital’s commitment to creating a cohesive and empowered workforce.

Solution

Andrew Morgan is Head of UK Sales for Newfold Digital, he first came in to contact with Jess at Just Williams as they are in the same office building at Fusion Hive. Newfold Digital are an umbrella company for everything digital, from hosting packages, all the way to digital marketing solutions.

 

In April 2024, after learning about Just Williams' expertise in sales and marketing, Andrew approached Jessica to run a training session for his new intake of staff. He wanted a second opinion on how to ensure everyone was aligned and consistently trained in the same methods and values, ultimately aiming for a more streamlined and efficient training plan.

 

This led to the creation of the Playbook, a resource designed to house all critical information, from processes and points of contact to best practices. Accessible to everyone at any time, the Playbook became a vital tool for unifying the team and ensuring operational consistency.

 

As an organisation that is constantly evolving and looking for ways to build, change and improve, this digital Playbook has the capacity to evolve alongside them, in order to continually meet the needs of the team

 

Summary

Overall, the Playbook has been met with huge enthusiasm, with everyone who has used it praising its clarity and practicality. It has proven to be an invaluable tool, significantly improving time management and supporting self-directed learning within the team.

Andrew Morgan expressed his intention to collaborate with Just Williams again, highlighting the seamless nature of the entire process. From the initial consultation to the creation of the final product, every stage was straightforward and efficient.
